Responsibilities
- Oversee the “brake division” for an auto manufacturing plant.
- Streamline inventory processes and utilize “Next Cat” tool to lookup part numbers.
- Liaison and build rapport with clients in the auto manufacturing sector.
- Lastly, ensure orders are fulfilled and inventory related issues are resolved.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Must be willing to support company growth in all areas of development.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Position Summary
We are looking to hire a Operations Coordinator for a growing Auto manufacturing company. Essentially, the Operations Coordinator will be molded into the President’s right hand man.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who already has an understanding of the Auto Industry. The individual must possess the drive and eagerness to eventually, become the President of the Company’s right hand person.
Additionally, the ideal candidate must be forward- thinking, personable, and be a strong multi- tasker. It is also crucial for the Operations Coordinator to be a strong problem solver. It is their job duty to ensure all areas of business are being conducted in an efficient and effective manner.
Ultimately, the candidate must have the business’ interest at heart. We are really looking to mold the Coordinator, into a Managerial role. Therefore, this candidate must be interested in taking on more responsibilities, as the company expands.
