- 10AM- 3PM and 5PM- 10PM
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Lunch and dinner shift

Responsibilities
- Craft new and original items for the beverage menu including innovative cocktails.
- Maintain all safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance.
- Suggest cocktails/mixed drinks to customers who are undecided.
- Entertain guests while mixing drinks to keep customers engaged and happy.
- Complete daily/weekly inventory.
- Ensure bar is well stocked with alcohol and other supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience Bartending is required.
- Smart Serve Certification is required.
Job Summary
Firstly, we are looking for an experienced Mixologist for a restaurant in Kleinburg, Ontario! To clarify, Kleinburg is a village in the city of Vaughan, Ontario. The hours available for this position are lunch and dinner with a 2 hour break in between the two shifts. Mixologists are welcome to stay in the restaurant or return back for the Dinner shift during the shift switch.
Secondly, the ideal Candidate for this position will be knowledgeable in creating various alcoholic drinks that compliment the Italian cuisine that embodies the restaurant. Sound Knowledge in various wines and their suggestive pairings to dishes is also a crucial skill that the Mixologist must possess.
Thirdly, the successful candidate chosen for this position will have a personable, professional and welcoming personality. The Mixologist plays a big role in creating the ambiance within an establishment. Ensuring that guests of the restaurant are receiving their drink orders in a timely and positive manner increases overall satisfaction and rapport.
