We are looking for an HVAC Assembly Manager for the Mississauga Ontario area! Please see below for details:

Permanent, Full Time

Pay: 60-80k/ year + benefits (based on experience)

Hours:  8AM- 4:30PM, Monday – Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primarily, manage a team of 4 Assembly line workers working with Industrial fans.
• Ensure floor organization is maintained, including shop equipment, supplies and tools.
• Lastly, Communicate with clients regarding orders and inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

• Industrial electrical, mechanical and/or HVAC experience, required.
• Experienced in sheet- metal assembly, required.
• Proven Supervisory or Managerial experience.
• Skilled in using power tools, nuts and bolts.
• Lastly, strong verbal communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY

Firstly, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who has direct experience working in an Assembly environment. They must have strong leadership skills. Meaning, previous Managerial or Supervisory experience is required.

In addition, the individual must have vast Electrical, Mechanical and/or HVAC knowledge. Meaning, the candidate must be handy, and skilled in the use of power tools, nuts, bolts, and electric wiring.

The candidate must also be a forward thinker, who is eager to grow with a company long- term.

Lastly, this role is essentially preparing the candidate to be a right hand support, to the Vice President of the company.
