Payrate of a Landscape Labourer:
- $18- 21/ HR (based on experience)

Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Winter hours: 8AM- 4PM
- Summer hours: 7AM- 3PM

Responsibilities
- Yard work on lawns, gardens, waterfront areas, beaches and planter maintenance.
- Cleaning and maintenance of all buildings, docks, decks driveways and pathways.
- Other general maintenance on clients’ properties and possessions.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Landscape Labourer.
- Experienced in power equipment and hand tools is a strong asset.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds; repetitive bending, lifting and twisting.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and reasonable means of transportation.
- Clean Criminal record and clean Driver’s Abstract is required.
Job Summary
Firstly, we are looking for Landscape Labourers in Port Carling! This Property Management company has developed a trusting reputation among the Muskoka regions. The company is responsible for providing concierge level of property management services to luxury vacation homes in Muskoka. Therefore, we are looking for employees who have proven experience in landscape general labor and maintenance.
Secondly, the ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, consistent and on time. The crew is expected to arrive at the Staff Meeting Area prior to shift start. From there, the crew will be driven to various properties around Muskoka to complete jobs. All job site duties must be safely, and appropriately completed prior to leaving each client property.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable with taking direction, open to constructive feedback, and a diligent worker. Employees must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds; with repetitive bending, lifting and twisting.
Lastly, the position is full time, permanent. There is work all year around; alternating between winter and summer duties. The successful candidate must be eager to work, personable and committed. Due to the nature of the position, a clean criminal record and clean drivers abstract is required.
