We are looking for an Operations Manager for an HVAC Company in Mississauga Ontario. Please see details below:

Pay: 60-80k/ year (based on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Manage all Technical, Customer Service and Assembly Line areas of the company.
• Ensure all aspects of operations are performed at a ‘zero defect’ quality level.
• Integrate Health and Safety Standards.
• Review current and projected assembly capabilities for continuous improvement and expanding.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years’ Electrical or HVAC background and/or experience is a requirement.
• Strong HVAC and electrical knowledge is required.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
